摘要
结合月亮田矿实际,针对矿用钢丝绳芯胶带导磁原理在线检测的应用与研究,将检测、成像及诊断系统结合在一体,完成对胶带内钢丝绳芯锈蚀、断绳、接头抽动、位移等工况的高速、在线、检测及精确定位。对重点隐患部位进行重点检查,及时发现隐患,实现对钢丝绳芯胶带的在线监测,保证设备安全运转。
The on-line detection of the steel cord conveyors based on principle of magnetic conductive in the Yueliang Tian mine was studied. Detection, imaging and diagnosis system were combined to realize high speed on-line detection and precisely locating for corrosion, broken rope, twitch and displacement of the splice of the steel cord conveyors. The hidden trouble was tested emphasis to find it in time. The on-line detection of the steel cord conveyors was realized. The detection system can be used to ensure the equipment safety operation.
