胶带机纵向撕裂综合保护系统研究

Research on Integrated Protection System for Longitudinal Tearing of Conveyor Belt

通过对胶带机发生纵向撕裂原因及现有检测设备的使用情况分析,提出一套新的检测方案。本胶带机纵向撕裂综合保护系统采取多种方法,可以从根本上预防皮带的纵向撕裂,并给出具体的系统组成、具体参数以及达到的目标。

By analyzing the longitudinal tearing reasons of the conveyor belt and the service condition of the existing equipment, a new testing was proposed. Several methods were adopted to the longitudinal tearing in the conveyor, the longitudinal tearing of the conveyor was prevented effectively, the system composition, parameters and the goal was given.
