摘要
北京商务领域实现了跨越式发展,北京已成为全国城市中最重要的消费市场和全国主要的商贸流通交易中心之一,商贸国际影响力和配套服务能力显著增强,北京商贸已成为拉动北京经济增长的重要力量。北京已经具备建设国际商贸中心的诸多有利条件。为打造国际商贸中心,提出了北京商务发展的11个目标,重点介绍了6个主要的发展战略,即加快消费市场转型升级,打造城市安全运行流通保障体系;扩展高端交易领域,提升国际话语权;实施总部经济发展战略,增强商贸影响力;加快特色商业发展,促进城市繁荣;大力发展现代服务业,不断拓展商务发展新领域;全力举办中国(北京)国际服务贸易交易会,助推北京服务业发展。
A striding development has achieved in the field of Beijing commerce.Beijing has become the most important consumer market and main national circulation trade center,with its international influence and supporting service ability enhanced markedly.Beijing business and trade has grown to be an important power to push the economic growth in Beijing,where there are many favorable conditions for the establishment of international business and trade center.In order to build the center,11 goals are proposed for Beijing to develop its commerce,with the focus on the 6 main development strategies: to expedite the transformation and upgrading of consumer market and establish a safe and smooth circulation guaranty system,to expand the field of high-end trade and make the voices more heard globally,to implement the development strategy of headquarter economy and strengthen the influence of Beijing business and trade,to speed up the development of purpose-designed commerce and promote the prosperity of a city,to attach great importance to modern service industry and expand the new field of business development,to host China(Beijing) International Fair of Trade in Service in full strength and boost the development of Beijing service industry.
