Review of Fusion Research on Industrial Organization Theory and Capital Structure Theory

本文对20世纪80年代以来产业组织理论与资本结构理论融合研究的主要文献进行梳理和总结性概括,旨在厘清二者融合研究的内在逻辑及脉络框架,在综述、评价的基础上提出,从资本结构角度研究企业竞争力及可持续发展能力,是产业组织理论需要关注的研究方向,对我国产业发展具有迫切的现实意义。

In order to clarify the inherent logic and contextual framework of the fusion research on industrial organization theory and capital structure theory since the 1980s,this paper reviews and summarizes the main literature of the research.Based on the review and comment,it points out the research direction that industrial organization theory should pay concern to the perspective of capital structure to study the enterprise competitiveness and sustainability,which is of urgent and realistic significance to China＇s industrial development.
