摘要
本文以国内一条为天然气发电厂供气的外输天然气管道为例,介绍了海底天然气管道不停产改线方案,其重点和难点在于水下带压开孔封堵和新建管线水下试压、清管、干燥和惰化等水下作业。
This paper takes one gas power plant export line for example, introducing how to relocate the subsea gas line without shut down. The key problem is hot tapping and hydro- static test, pigging, dewatering and deactivation under water.
