社会资本参与历史文化名城保护典型模式研究——以北京为例

Research on the Classical Model of Engaging Social Capital in the Protection of Historical and Cultural Cities—— with Beijing as an Example

加强历史文化名城保护是提升名城文化软实力的重要内容。历史文化名城保护资金往往需求与投入存在较大缺口,迫切需要建立政府主导、社会资本参与的多元投入体系。借鉴国内外社会资本参与历史文化名城保护的几种典型模式,针对不同类型保护项目采取不同模式引入社会资本,对于促进历史文化名城保护具有积极影响。

Protecting historical and cultural city is the important content of enhancing Beijing＇ s culture soft power. The key problem of historical and cultural city Protection in Beijing is capital deficient. It＇ s very urgent to establish a diversified capital input system of government leading and driving social capital into the historical and cultural city protection. Combined with Beijing＇ s practical factors, this paper analyzes four typical patterns of social capital investment, and puts forward that we should take the different patterns according to the different types of historical and cultural city protection.
