摘要
增值评价隶属于学校效能研究领域中的学校工作效果研究,是一种借助统计方法对教师的教学效果(即教师对学生考试成绩的影响程度)作出判断的评价方法,目前在美英等国已经受到了广泛重视。本文拟对这种新的教育评价模式的评价原理、评价特点等方面进行论述。
Value-added assessment of school effectiveness is a statistical method for the teaching effectiveness of teachers (i.e. teachers, student test scores on the degree of influence) to determine methods of evaluation. In other countries such as the United States and Britain it has now received widespread attention. This paper intends to evaluate this new mode of evaluation of educational principle and characteristics, other aspects of evaluation are also discussed.
