内镜导航系统应用于眶颧复合体骨折复位术的护理

Nursing for Endoscope Navigation System on Reconstruction of Orbital-zygomatic Compound Fracture

目的探讨在内镜导航系统引导下行眶颧复合体骨折复位术的临床观察和护理对策。方法对2008年2月至2010年8月在内镜导航系统辅助下行眶颧复合体骨折复位术的72例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结治疗效果及护理对策。结果术后随访6个月,72例患者面中部及眼眶外形明显改善,眼球内陷基本矫正;15例患眼复视和眼球运动受限消失,6例得到改善,5例无明显改善;咬合关节紊乱治疗效果满意,仅1例存在咬合紊乱、1例张口受限。结论内镜导航系统引导下行眶颧复合体骨折复位术治疗效果满意,术前后做好心理护理、术后密切观察病情并加强功能锻炼对保证手术顺利进行、预防和减少手术并发症、减轻患者痛苦起到重要作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical observation and nursing strategy for reconstrucuon of or- bital-zygomatie fracture under the guidance of endoscopy navigation system. Methods From February 2008 to August 2010, the clinical data of 72 patients undergoing reconstruction of orbital-zygomatic com- pound fracture under the guidance of endoscopy navigation system were analyzed retrospectively. The therapeutic effect and nursing strategy were summarized accordingly. Results After 6-month follow up, the midface or the orbital region were obviously improved and the endophthalmos was rectified in 72 cases, diplopia or eye movement restriction were corrected in 15 cases;towarding results were observed in most cases with temperomandibular joint dysfunction except one case of malocclusion and one restriction of mouthopening. Conclusion Reconstruction of orbital-zygomatic compound fracture under the guidance of endoscopy navigation system is observed with sound therapeutic effect. Intensive psychological nursing be- fore and after surgery combined with postoperative close observation and enhanced function training play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation, preventing and reducing surgical complications,as well as reducing patients＇ pains.
