全程预约模式在肾病专科门诊超声诊断中的应用效果

Effects of Whole Process Booking Pattern in Ultrasound Diagnosis of Kidney Outpatient Clinic

目的探讨全程预约模式在肾病专科门诊超声诊断中的应用效果。方法南京军区南京总医院肾脏病研究所肾病专科门诊超声诊断室于2009年开始实行专人预约-宣教一体化的服务模式,具体措施包括优化超声预约服务模式、完善超声检查宣教方法及内容、加强相关管理及培训。结果 2009-2010年超声预约患者共64 783人,预约到达率从99.7%上升至99.8%,患者满意度从96%上升至98%,医生满意度从95%上升至97%。结论超声诊断室开展全程预约服务有助于降低失约率、提高患者检查前准备的合格率,而且改善了就医环境,提高了工作效率及患者满意度。

Objective To study the effects of whole process booking pattern in ultrasound diagnosis of kid- ney outpatient clinic. Methods Since 2009, a specially-assigned person and missionary integrated service model was implemented in the hospital including specific measures to optimize the ultrasound appointment service model, improvement in the ultrasound missionary methods and content and strengthened manage- ment and training. Results From 2009 to 2010,there were 64,783 patients booked ultrasound service. The reservation ratio increased from 99.7% to 99.8%. The satisfaction ratio of patients increased from 96% to 98%. The satisfaction ratio of doctors increased from 95% to 97%. Conclusion The whole process booking pattern in ultrasound diagnosis room helps reduce the failure of appointment , increase the pass rate of preparation in the patients before examination, optimize the medical environment and improve the efficiency and patients＇ satisfaction.
