高层次人才队伍建设是高校"人才强校"战略的中心工作和关键。由于人才基础薄弱、缺乏学术梯队等,新建本科院校高层次人才队伍建设尤为艰难。肇庆学院创新高层次人才队伍建设思路,以教学和创新科研团队为抓手,构建高层次人才发展平台,人才队伍建设得到快速发展,为学校发展奠定了人才基础。
