摘要
农村教师在专业发展过程中,存在着自身素质、资源条件、评价等不公平现象的制约。为此,国家应制定有利于农村教师专业发展的支持性政策,还农村教师专业自信,办具农村特色的校本培训,努力营造有利于农村教师专业发展的良好氛围。
Rural teachers' professional development in the process must break through in the development resources, evaluation, liquidity and their own quality are the main problems. Therefore, the country should formulate the beneficial to rural teachers' professional development supportive policies. Rural teachers also have professional self-confidence. The teacher training at all levels should pay attention to the teacher difference, do the countryside characteristic school-based training
