高校的思想政治教育工作应以学生为主体,并在教育过程中突出学生的主体性,发挥大学生在思想教育中的能动性、自主性和创造性。探讨大学生主体性思想政治教育的实施途径,有助于提高高校思想教育的实效性。

The ideological and political work in universities should be student-oriented, and highlight the students＇ subjectivity, development of their subjective initiative, independence and creativity in the process ofeducation of outstanding. The paper conducts analyses on the practical ways to facilitate the students＇ subjectivity ideological and political education which contributes to the enhancement of university ideological and politicaleducation.
