On Some Theoretical Problems about the Modern Chinese History Studies

关于中国近代史研究,有一些理论问题是比较重要的,比如如何看待110年的中国近代史发展线索问题等。这些问题的讨论对于深化中国近代史研究是有帮助的。文章就上述问题进行分析指出:清朝统治阶级与列强的矛盾也具有对抗性;中国近代史的本质包涵革命和近代化两方面;中国近代史历程宏观上有三个层次。

There are some important theoretical problems about the modern Chinese history research, The discussion of these problems is of help to the further study of the modern Chinese history. The arguments of the analysis are the following： the contradiction between ruling class of the Qing Dynasty and foreign invaders is adversarial; the essence of modern Chinese history involves two aspects of revo- lution and modernization;and there are three levels in China＇a modern history from macroscopic view.
