基于SWOT分析的地方院校发展定位研究——以惠州学院为例

Research on the Developing Orientation in Local University Based on the Analgsis SWOT——Taking Huizhou University as the Case

地方院校是在我国高等教育超常规发展背景下适应我国高等教育大众化需要的产物。基于SWOT理论,文章以惠州学院为例,分析了地方院校进行办学目标定位时,如何注意务实性和客观性要求,立足于为地方发展培养急需人才、为区域经济发展提供服务,充分发挥自身的优势,从而形成自己的办学特色。

The appearing of local universities is the resuh of extra- conventional development of mass higher education. Based on the theory of SWOT,with the case of Huizhou University, the author discusses that local universities should consider the practicality and objectivity in the development orientation, aiming at full play of their function on establishing features of running School by cultivating talents in urgent need for regional economic development and integrating teaching with localization.
