摘要
高校档案室通过开展勤工助学工作,提高了学生的政治思想素质,增强了学生的工作业务实践能力,同时也强化了档案管理员的服务意识,提高了档案室的工作效率和服务质量。
The work study program in college archives not only relieves the pressure of short handedness but also provides the students a stage of practice, toughens the students＇ comprehensive ability, and lightens the economic burden of some poor students. Through management of those students taking the work study program, the college archives can raise the students＇ political quality and working ability, strengthen the archivists＇ service awareness, and improve the proficiency and service of archives.
