摘要
为研究干活塞气体流量校准装置内气体泄漏问题,利用FLUENT软件对干活塞气体流量校准装置的运行情况进行数值模拟,包括15 mm、30 mm和50 mm三种模型,对各工况下活塞与缸体之间气体泄漏量进行估算。研究表明,合理控制活塞与缸体之间的间隙(<10μm),可保证该类气体校准装置具有良好的计量性能。
In order to study the gas leakage of dry piston gas flow provers, the operation of dry piston gas flow provers is simulated by using the FLUENT software. Three models ofФ15mm, Ф50mm and Ф50mm are included in the simulation, and the gas leakage between the piston and the cylinder is estimated. The simulation result shows that the dry piston gas flow provers has good measurement performance if the gap between the piston and the cylinder is controlled reasonably ( 〈 10μm).
