摘要
从仪器光路、仪器结构、被测样品性质、检定所用标准器等几个方面对分光光度计透射比示值产生偏差的原因进行了详细的分析。依据这些分析,可有针对性地发现影响透射比示值的各种原因。
In this paper, a detailed analysis of the reasons that may cause the transmittance indication bias of spectrophotometer in optical system and structure of instruments, nature of the sample, and the standard device is given. Based on the analysis, factors that affect the transmittance indication are found.
