摘要
《国际卫生条例(2005)》、口岸核心能力建设以及甲型流感的防控实践均对国境卫生检疫法律体系提出了新的要求。如何修订和完善国境卫生检疫法律体系,以应对新的挑战,是我们需要解决的问题。
International Health Regulations （2005）, port core capability building and H1N1 flu prevention and control practices put forward new requirement to frontier health and quarantine law system. What we need to resolve is how to revise and complete frontier health and quarantine law system to meet new challenges.
