摘要
集成铁芯变流器是将变流器的变压器和电感器恰当地组合在一个铁芯上.它能显著减小铁芯的体积和重量而不影响变流器所需的电特性.本文讨论两种集成铁芯型式的变流器,研究集成铁芯的分析、计算及其设计.给出变流器采用集成铁芯时所减小的体积和重量的计算方法.
The integrated magnetic core converter in structure is a proper combination of transformer with inductive components of a converter on a single core. The combination process, if executed properly, yields a magnetic system that is superior in size and weight to the discrete-magnetic ones while causes no harmful effect to the desired electrical characteristics of the converter.This paper presents two integrated magnetic versions of the converter. The analysis, calculation and design approach for integrated magnetic core converters are also given. In addition, a calculation method is developed, in which the saving of weight and volume can be achieved by the use of an integrated magnetic system.
