摘要
本文采用热力学和热分析的方法研究了对苯二甲酸二乙二醇酯(BHET)及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)与添加型阻燃剂十溴联苯醚(DBDPE)的相容性.从DBDPE在BHET中的溶解试验可以看到,随着DBDPE含量的增加,冷却析出的温室升高.从溶解度参数的计算结果表明,BHET与DBDPE有较好的相容性,而PET与DBDPE的相容性略差.由热分析结果可见,DBDPE与PET的共混物随着DBDPE含量的增加,熔融时出现双峰,即体系发生相分离.
The compatibility of PET and BHET with decabromo-diphenyl ether was studied in this paper, using the thermodynamic and thermal analysis methods. It was revealed from the solubility parameters of BHET, PET and DBDPE, that BHET and DBDPE are compatible, while PET and DBDPE may not be compatible. The experiments showed that BHET and DBDPE can form compatible melts, and DBDPE can be precipitated from PET-DBDPE melts when the content of DBDPE in the melts exceeds 12% byweight.
