摘要
网络图像的色彩管理主要有2种方法,即sRGB色彩管理模型和嵌入profile的色彩管理模型。IE,Opera,Chrome等浏览器一般采用sRGB色彩管理模型,而Safari,Firefox等浏览器一般采用嵌入profile的色彩管理模型。选取应用sRGB色彩管理模型的IE浏览器和应用嵌入profile的色彩管理模型的Safari浏览器进行色彩效果显示测试,测试结果显示:IE显示Adobe98图像时,图像的饱和度、亮度都有所下降,显示sRGB图像时,图像色调正常;而Safari显示Adobe98和sRGB图像时,显示效果一致,且图像色调均正常。这一结果表明:嵌入profile的色彩管理模型对于网络色彩管理更加有效。
Color management for web image mainly includes two methods, sRGB color management model and embedded profile color management model. Web browser like IE, Opera and Chrome adopt sRGB color management model, While Safari and Firefox use embedded profile color management model. A color test is made between IE based on sRGB color management model and Safari based on embedded profile color management model. The test shows when IE displays Adobe98 image, the image＇ s saturation and luminance are lower than those of the original images, while the image＇ s hue is fight when IE displays sRGB image. When Safari displays Adobe 98 and sRGB image, the image looks the same and the hues are fight. The result verifies embedded profile color management model is more efficient for web image.
