沟槽状胰腺炎诊治现状 被引量：6

摘要 沟槽状胰腺炎（groove pancreatitis，GP）是一种特殊的慢性节段性胰腺炎，由于其发病部位特殊且临床表现与胰头部肿瘤相似，术前诊断十分困难。在1973年德国学者Becker等^[1]首次提及该病。1982年Stolte等^[2]通过对30例GP患者术后标本分析进一步描述了该病的特征，
