摘要
蛋氨酸是家禽玉米-豆粕型日粮的第一限制性氨基酸，蛋氨酸的合理添加和使用与家禽健康息息相关。本文对饲料中添加剂蛋氨酸营养作一综述，为蛋氨酸在禽类日粮中的正确应用提供可靠的科学依据。
The amino acid Met is the first limiting amino acid in broiler diets composed of corn and soybean meal. The reasonable add and use is closely linked with health of poultry in methionine. This article briefly reviewed the effects of methionine on nutritional and physiological action, and provided a reference for the application of met in poultry.
