黄连解毒汤抗脑缺血作用研究进展

Advances in studies on the effects of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in cerebral ischemia

黄连解毒汤由黄连、黄芩、黄柏和栀子组成,是清热解毒的代表方。在临床及动物实验中对缺血性脑损伤具有良好的治疗效果,能够明显延长模型动物的生存时间,改善能量代谢和血流状况,抑制脂质过氧化及炎症反应,还能改善脑缺血所致的认知功能障碍。现将近几年的相关研究进行总结,分析黄连解毒汤的作用机制,以期为临床应用和药理研究提供指导。

Huanglian Jiedu Decoction, a traditional Chinese medicine, consists of Coptidis rhizo- ma, Scutellariae radix, Phellodendri cortex and Gardeniae fructns. There have been many reports on the pharmacological efficacy of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction with respect to Cerebral Ischemia, which may be carried out by its modulating activities on energy metabolism and local blood flow, and inhibiting oxidative stress and inflammation. We summarize the recent research on animal experiments and clinical application, for studying the effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on brain ischemie injury and providing guidance for clinical application.
