紫外分光光度法测定肾骨颗粒中多糖的含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立肾骨颗粒中多糖的含量测定方法,为其质量评价提供理论依据。方法采用苯酚-硫酸法显色,紫外分光光度法对肾骨颗粒中多糖的含量进行测定,检测波长为486 nm。结果该方法线性、精密度、准确度、范围、耐用性均良好,高、中、低浓度平均加样回收率分别为97.85%,99.99%,98.35%(n=9)。结论该方法灵敏快速,准确可靠,可用于肾骨颗粒中多糖含量的测定。 Objective To establish a method for content determination of polysaccharide in shengu granule for quality evaluation. Methods The content of polysaccharide was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method and UV photometry at 486 nm. Results Good linearity, high accuracy and precision ,wide range and long durability of calium were obtained in this way. The average recovery of high,middle and low content was 97.85% ,99.99% ,98.35% ,respectively(n=9). Conclusion This method is sensitive, accurate and rapid,which can be used for quality control of caIium in shengu granule.
