六君生发片的质量控制

Quality Control of Liujun Shengfa Tablets

目的建立六君生发片的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中当归、侧柏叶和蜂王浆粉进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定何首乌中23,5,,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(C20H22O9)含量。结果定性鉴别操作简便,易于判别,阴性无干扰;含量测定中C20 H22 O9在0.045 6～0.912 0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为98.99%,RSD=1.99%(n=6)。结论该方法能准确可靠地进行定性、定量检测,重复性好,可作为六君生发片的质量控制标准。

Objective To establish the method of quality control for liujun shengfa tablets.Methods Angelica sinensis,Cacumen Platycladi,Royal jelly powder in liujun shengfa tablets were idendified by TLC.The 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside contained in tablets were determined by HPLC.Results The qualitative identification with TLC was specific and simple to be operated.It was showd that a good linear correlation appeared in the range of 0.045 6-0.912 0 μg（r=0.999 9） of 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside,and the average recovery was 98.99%（RSD= 1.99%,n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reliable,which can be used for quality control of liujun shengfa tablets.
