ω-3脂肪酸在心血管疾病防治中的作用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 心血管疾病目前已经成为危害人类健康的"头号无声杀手"[1]。而早在20世纪80年代就发现格陵兰爱斯基摩人心血管疾病发生率和死亡率较低,其原因与食物中海鱼富含ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids,n-3 PUFA)有关。
