摘要
目的观察肾透明细胞癌(Renal clear cell carcinoma,RCCC)及正常肾组织中PTCH的表达,探讨RCCC中PTCH的异常表达与肾癌之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化技术检测RCCC及正常肾组织中PTCH蛋白的表达。结果在正常肾组织中PTCH微量表达,而在RCCC中PTCH高表达,且其表达与患者的年龄、性别及肿瘤大小均无关。结论 Hedgehog信号通路中PTCH表达上调可能参与了RCCC的发病,其在肾细胞癌的发生、发展等方面可能具有重要作用。
Objective To observe the expression of PTCH in renal clear cell carcinoma(RCCC) and normal renal tissues,and to investigate the correlation between the abnormal expression of PTCH and RCCC.Methods Expression of PTCH was detected by immunohistochemistry in RCCC and normal kidney.Results Lower PTCH was expressed in normal kidney.Up-regulation of PTCH was observed significantly in RCCC.The increased PTCH level was disassociated with age,gender,and tumorous size of RCCC.Conclusions Up-regulation of PTCH in Hedgehog signaling pathway might be involved in RCCC,and it might have an important role in development and progression process of RCCC.
