心室电风暴

Ventricular Electrical Storm

心室电风暴是心室电活动极度不稳定所导致的恶性心律失常,是心源性猝死的重要机制。随着ICD的临床应用及冠心病发病率的逐年增加,心室电风暴的发生率较前显著增加。本文对心室电风暴病因及诱因、发病机制、临床表现、心电图特点及治疗加以简述。

Ventricular electrical storm,namely the malignant arrhythmia caused by the highly unstable ventricular electrical activity,is an important mechanism giving rise to sudden cardiac death.With the clinical application of the ICD and the increase of coronary heart disease incidence in recent years,the incidence of ventricular electrical storm has dramatically increased compared with before.This paper is to provide brief introduction in terms of the cause,inducement and pathogenesis of ventricular electrical storm,clinical manifestations,electrocardiogram characteristics and treatment.
