VSD(vacuum sealing drainage)即负压封闭引流,自上个世纪90年代,德国Ulm大学Fleischman博士首创以来,为临床的各种创伤的治疗带来了革命性的变化。改变了传统创面的被动愈合,促进了创伤治疗的新进展。1994年,裘华德[1]率先将这一新型引流技术引进国内。近些年来VSD在各个领域得到了充分的发展和使用,带来了很好的临床效应和经济价值。本文结合相关文献就负压封闭引流技术在骨科的各种损伤中的应用作一综述,以利于改技术在这一领域的进一步发展。

VSD,Vacuum Sealing Drainage,which was originated by Dr.Fleischman from The University of Ulm in Germany,has brought evolutionary changes to the clinical treatment of various wounds since 1990s.It has also changed traditional passive healing of the wounds and promoted new developments in treating trauma.In 1994,Qiu Huade was the first to introduce this new drainage technology to our country.In recent years,VSD has been fully developed and applied in various fields,bringing about excellent clinical results and economic value.This paper summarizes the application of VSD in the treatment of various kinds of orthopedic trauma with the combination of relevant documents,to facilitate the further development of VSD in the field.
