丹紫康膝冲剂对兔膝骨性关节炎软骨含水率及羟脯氨酸影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨丹紫康膝冲剂兔膝关节骨性关节炎软骨含水率及羟脯氨酸的影响。方法将兔随机分成6组,除正常组外,丹紫康膝冲剂高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组(简称丹紫高、中、低剂量组)、壮骨关节丸组(简称壮骨组)、模型组共5组分别在兔左膝关节1、4、7 d注射0.5 mL 4%木瓜蛋白酶造模及药物干预后,光镜下观察关节软骨并检测关节软骨含水率和羟脯氨酸含量。结果模型组发生明显膝关节软骨退行性改变。丹紫高、中、低剂量组与模型组比软骨含水率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),丹紫高、中、低剂量组与模型组软骨羟脯氨酸含量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);丹紫高、中剂量组软骨含水率比较两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),高、中剂量组软骨含水率与丹紫低剂量组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);丹紫高、中剂量组软骨羟脯氨酸含量比较两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),高、中剂量组软骨羟脯氨酸含量与丹紫低剂量组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹紫康膝冲剂能改善兔膝关节骨性关节炎软骨中含水率和羟脯氨酸含量,且高、中剂量效果为佳。 Objective To investigate the effects of Danzi Kangxi granule(DKG) on the content of water and hydroxyproline in cartilage of rabbits with knee osteoarthritis.Methods Rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups,i.e.DKG high dose group(HDG),medium dose group(MDG),low dose group(LDG),modeling control group(MCG) and Bone-Strengthening Joint Pills group(BSJPG).Except the control group,all the rabbits were treated with 0.5 mL 4% papain injected into the left knee joints in the 1st,4th and 7th days in one week.Then,the cartilage water and hydroxyproline were determined.Results Obvious degenerative pathological changes were found in the in MCG.Compared with MCG,the content of cartilage water and hydroxyproline were markedly lower in HDG,MDG and LDG statistically(P0.05);the cartilage water content in in HDG and MDG were lower than that in LDG(P0.05);the differences of hydroxyproline between HDG and MDG was not signifecant(P0.05),but data of there two groups have significant differences comparing with LDG(P0.05).Conclusion Danzi Kangxi granule can improve the levels of cartilage water and hydroxyproline in knee osteoarthritis,in which the high and medium dosage are much bettrer in rabbits.
