This paper introduces the main structure and the principle of work of Flow Cytometry（FCM）.The union labor of duty introduces flows the type cell meter to examine,in the immunology application at the animal epidemic disease.One takes chicken circumference blood CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4/CD8 analysis result and the chicken circumference blood lymphocyte subgroup analysis result as the example,and introduces this instrument examines in the research at the animal epidemic disease.One also introduces in the double parameter data display and the analysis fluorescence determination value emphatically in the signal demonstration and the analysis aspect.
