摘要
"岗位主导"对企业员工技能培训是一种新型校企合作模式,能够使员工短时间内专业技能得到强化和提升。文中分析了"岗位主导"校企合作模式的4个特点:培训目标与企业需求相符、培训资料和过程针对性强、高校和企业资源最大化、指导高校课程改革和学科建设,并对目前此模式在实施过程中存在的问题进行简要探讨。
"Post-oriented" on the employee skills' training is a new cooperative model between university and enterprise.Employees can be strengthened and enhance professional skills in a short time,.In this paper,Four characteristics of "Post-oriented" on the employees skills training is analyzed,the goal of training equates with the enterprise demand,training material and process by strong pertinency,maximize the utilization of university and enterprise resources,direct college curriculum reform and discipline construction,and existing problems of this model in the course of implementation were briefly analyzed.
