摘要
为了更好地利用猪颌作为模型,研究离体猪第一恒磨牙根尖定位的解剖学特点是否能更好地指导实验教学,随机将49人分为两组。对照组采用传统教学方法,而实验组明确猪第一恒磨牙根尖定位的解剖学特点,进行实验分别记录实验时间以及专家盲法评价实验水平。共有46人满足纳入条件完成实验,实验组与对照组所用操作时间与实验评价差异有统计学意义,实验组优于对照组。研究表明离体猪第一恒磨牙根尖定位的解剖学特点能更好地指导实验教学。
To evaluate the previous anatomical study whether it could guide experiment teaching.Totally 49 students were randomly divided into two groups.Students who comprehend the significance of the previous anatomical study served as the experimental group;students who accepted traditional teaching methods served as the control group.Then two groups started the experiment at the same time,then experimental time was recorded and the level of experiment was evaluated by the same expert blindly.Total of 46 students met the inclusion criteria and completed the experiment.The experimental time in experimental groupwas significantly reduced in comparison with that in control group.The score of experiment in the experimental group_was higher than that of controlled group.The previous anatomical study could guide experiment teaching and help students to grasp the endodontic surgery.
