摘要
围绕师范院校如何培养一批优秀合格的教师,探讨了重庆师范大学在教师教学和学生管理方面就如何提高学生素质的做法。从教师新开课或开新课以及日常教学监督和教学质量评价体系等方面来严把教师教学关;采取多种形式和途径来培养师范生教学能力和他们的专业素质。
This article discusses the method and way of how to cultivate the best teachers in normal university.Firstly,the teacher＇ ability are severely evaluated through lots of way,such as teaching a new subject,giving a lesson first and daily teaching evaluation system.Secondly,students improve their teaching skills and professional qualities by a variety of forms.
