感染性动物解剖室的风险因素分析及其控制策略的研究

Studies on biorisk for designing necropsy room in laboratory for animal infectious facilities and its control strategies

目的:感染性动物解剖室存在物理与化学的风险、过敏原、人畜共患病以及实验项目本身的风险,在设计与建设的过程中,必须严格控制潜在的风险,实施周密的生物安全控制策略。方法:分析实验动物管理工作实践特点及经验教训,总结感染性动物解剖室的有关概念、风险分析及生物安全防护要点。结果:从工艺布局、气流组织及关键设备等方面较详细的提出了解剖室设计与建设的理念和要求。结论:经过严格风险分析及实施生物安全控制策略的感染性动物解剖室,可以达到保护环境、保护操作者以及保护样本的三保护原则。

Objective： To meet the requirements of biosafety upon designing and constructing the necropsy room in laboratory animal infectious facilities. Methods： According to practices and experience of the laboratory animal management, we summarized some conceptions, risks and biosafety measures of the necropsy room of infectious animal facilities. Results： We proposed a more detailed requirements, especially biosafety control measures and requirements for process plan, airflow and personal protect equipments. Conclusion： An advanced biosafety necropsy room in laboratory for animal infectious facilities can meet the requirements of protecting the environment, the operators and the samples.
