目的:旨在研究平战时信息化建设在医院卫勤保障中的作用。方法:通过信息化技术,全面推进现代医院信息化建设与卫勤保障,以信息化建设促进卫勤保障的发展,适应现代信息化技术条件下多兵种联合作战的要求。结果:信息化建设在医院卫勤保障中的作用,体现于提供医疗服务模式、卫勤指挥方面、卫勤保障体制方面、卫勤人才的培养方面、技术装备及其作用的改变方面。结论:加强信息化建设下的医院卫勤保障管控和指挥,提高多环境下的卫勤保障能力及医疗服务模式,练习多方式卫勤保障水平,练习多跨度卫勤保障供给,医疗人员必须加强多种技能的培训,要注重医疗技术水平的提高和个人能力素质的培养,用良好的心理素质、过硬的医疗技术及信息化建设水平完成医院卫勤保障任务。
