摘要
目的:介绍LABSTAR 50全自动血液细菌培养仪的结构特点,并评价其性能。方法:用LABSTAR 50全自动血培养仪与BACTEC 9120全自动血培养仪,对临床血液标本经确认已经培养出的菌株及标准菌株,用生理盐水制备成5cfu/ml和30cfu/ml的菌群,并分别上机进行检测,并对结果进行比较。结果:检测灵敏度总符合率为97.62%,接种量在10~30cfu/ml的菌群,LABSTAR 50与BACTEC 9120均能阳性报警,符合率为100%。接种量在1~5cfu/ml的菌群,符合率为95.24%。阳性报警检测时间总符合率为94.9%,在±2h以内阳性报警的标准瓶符合率为96.2%、成人瓶为96.2%、儿童瓶为92.6%。结论:LABSTAR 50全自动血液细菌培养仪阳性报警时间、检测灵敏度与BACTEC 9120相对照,无显著差异。LABSTAR 50全自动血液细菌培养仪在主要性能方面上达到了进口同类产品的技术指标,能够满足我国临床血液细菌培养对自动化快速培养的要求。
Objective: To introduce structure and feature of LABSTAR 50 blood-culturing device, and evaluate its function. Methods: Strains and standard strains which were recognized with clinical blood samples were prepared with saline, and the concentration was 5 cfu/ml and 30cfu/ml. Then they were tested on LABSTAR 50 blood-culturing device and BACTEC 9120 blood-culturing one. Results: The coincidence rate of the sensitivity was 97.62%. For thestrains with the inoculation volume of 10-30 cfu/ml's, the positive report was obtained by both devices. In 1-5 cfu/lnl inoculation, the coincidence rate was 95.24%. The total coincidence rate for positive alarm detection was 94.9%. In ±2 hours, it was 96.2%, 96.2% and 92.6% in the standard bottle, adult one and children one, respectively. Conclusion: There are no significant differences in different parameters between the LABSTAR 50 blood-culturing device and the BACTEC 9120 one. Therefore, the former one can be used in clinical practice in China.
