摘要
[目的]了解护生的社会胜任力状况。[方法]采用问卷调查法,自行设计"实习护生专业认识问卷调查表"和"实习护生社会适应性问卷调查表",对254名护生进行护生社会胜任力状况调查。[结果]护生对自己的专业认可度较低,认为护理专业的学识深度不及其他医疗专业;39.1%护生不善于表达自己的思想与情感,35.9%护生情绪调节能力较差,34.5%护生认为多数人是自私的,42.9%护生认为自己综合素质位于中上等。[结论]护生的专业认知和社会适应性与护士职业素质要求异质性较强;培养护生良好的情绪调节与自控能力、加强护生的专业思想和专业知识教育等,是提高护生社会胜任力的必要途径。
Objective. To know about the status quo of social competency a- bility of nursing students. Methods..A total of 254 nursing students were investigated on social competency ability of nursing students by questionnaire survey using self - designed "professional knowledge questionnaire of practical nursing students" and "social adaptation questionnaire of practical nurs- ing students". Results.The recognition of nursing students on their own profession was lower,and they thought the knowledge depth of nursing profession was lower than other medical professional knowledge in depth. 39. 1 % of nursing students were not good at expressing their thoughts and feelings,35. 9% of them were bad in emotional adjustment ability,and 34. 5% of them thought most people were selfish,while 42. 9% of students thought they were in upper middle level in comprehensive quality. Conclusion. There was heterogeneity in nursing student's professional cognition and social adaptation and the demand of nurses' occupation quality requirements, and the heterogeneity was strong. To train the good mood regulation and self - control ability, and strengthen nurses' professional thoughts and professional knowledge education are the necessary way to improve the nurses' social competency ability.
