A New Plant Antimicrobial Detergent and its Sterilization Effect

目的:研究新型天然植物型抗菌洗洁精的杀菌效果.方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取三裂叶蟛蜞菊地上部分的挥发油,将其与自制洗洁精复配,制成天然植物型抗菌洗洁精;以市售的洗洁精作对照,对所制备的洗洁精的杀菌效果进行研究.结果表明:含蟛蜞菊油的洗洁精有明显的杀菌效果,具有研究和利用潜力.

The research aimed to determine the sterilization effect of a new plant detergent. It extracted volatile oil from the shoot of Wedelia trilobata L. with steam distillation and compounded it with homemade detergent for making this plant detergent. Through a comparison with the commercially available detergents, the sterilization effect of this detergent was significant, which indicates its potential for further research and application.
