摘要
为解决在易燃易爆介质中柱塞结构的常开电爆阀工作时易出现安全故障的问题,对常开电爆阀的各种结构形式进行了分析,并设计出新结构方案,避免了现有柱塞结构产品的隐患,通过理论和仿真计算得到设计尺寸,并最终通过试验验证。
In order to solve the normally open pyrovalve with piston structure prone to failure at work in inflammable and explosive media, various structures of the normal open pyrovalves are ana- lyzed and a new structure is designed. The new structure eliminates potential failures of the existing normally open pyrovalves. Its design dimensions are worked out on the basis of theoretical and simu- lation calculation, and finally verified through experiments.
