摘要
当下,"90后"大学生作为学校的主流,其学生干部在工作过程中日渐突显种种问题,如缺乏团队协作精神、功利色彩浓厚、官本位意识、工作缺乏创新、学习情况不佳、盲目跟风等。究其原因既有社会、家庭的影响,又受个人价值观的影响。
