淄博市张店区2005～2009年结核病流行情况分析

Analysis on epidemic tendency of tuberculosis prevalence in Zhangdian District of Zibo City from 2005 to 2009

目的了解淄博市张店区结核病流行趋势和规律,为制定有效的防治措施提供科学依据。方法对淄博市张店区2005～2009年结核病法定传染病报告系统资料进行统计分析。结果全区2005～2009年结核病发病率分别为38.67/10万、39.29/10万、40.62/10万、37.32/10万、38.71/10万;男性发病率高于女性,男女发病率比2.26︰1;农村发病率高于城区发病率,农村2005～2009年发病率分别为92.85/10万、99.33/10万、99.85/10万、9230/10万、92.70/10万,城区2005～2009年发病率分别为23.09/10万、21.1/10万、23.61/10万、21.58/10万、23.31/10万;年龄集中在15～54岁,占病例总数的73.57%;全年均有发病,未见明显发病高峰;职业排在前三位的是工人、农民、离退人员,占病例总数的49.12%。结论工人、农民是发病高危人群,张店区农村结核病发病率仍维持在较高水平,防控任务依然繁重。

Objective： To investigate the epidemic tendency of tuberculosis in Zhangdian District of Zibo city,and to provide scientific evidence to prevent tuberculosis prevalence.Methods： Descriptive epidemiological study was used to analyze tuberculosis data of National Notifiable Disease Reporting System in Zhangdian during 2005-2009.Results： Incidence rates of tuberculosis from 2005 to 2009 were respectively 38.67 per 100000,39.29 per 100000,40.62 per 100000,37.32 per 100000 and 38.71 per 100000,and the ratio between male and female was 2.26︰1.The rates in the country areas from 2005 to 2009 were respectively 92.85 per 100000,99.33 per 100000,99.85 per 100000,92.30 per 100000 and 92.70 per 100000.The rates in the urban areas from 2005 to 2009 were respectively 23.09 per 100000,21.1 per 100000,23.61 per 100000,21.58 per 100000 and 23.31 per 100000.The rates in the country areas were higher than those in the urban areas.The proportion of the patients between 15 to 54 years old was 73.57%.The first three occupations were employed workers,farmers and retired workers,and the total proportion was 49.12% in all occupations.Tuberculosis occurred in all the time with no characteristic period distribution.Conclusion： The incidence rate of tuberculosis in Zhangdian is high,and employed workers,farmers and retired workers are high risk groups.
