摘要 目的检测麦苗在不同生长高度时淀粉酶活性变化情况。方法采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸法测定不同高度麦苗中淀粉酶的活性强度。结果麦苗在不同的生长高度时淀粉酶活性不同,淀粉酶活性强度随麦苗生长高度的增加而减小。结论小麦苗含有丰富的维生素、氨基酸及淀粉酶,但是淀粉酶的活性强度随麦苗的高度增加而降低,因此,可根据嫩麦苗中淀粉酶活性情况,确定嫩麦苗适宜高度。 Objective: To detect the changes of amylase activity in different growth height of wheat seedling.Methods: 3,5-two nitro salicylic acid method was used to measure amylase activity intensity in different height of wheat seedling.Results: The experimental results showed that the wheat seedling growth in different height had different amylase activity,and amylase activity intensity decreased as wheat seedling growth height increased.Conclusion: Wheat seedling has abundant vitamins,amino acids and wheat amylase,but the activity strength of the amylase lowers with the height growth of the wheat seedling.Therefore,the proper delicate wheat seedling height can be determined according to the amylase.
