摘要
PLGA是乳酸和羟基乙酸的共聚物,具有良好的生物相容性和生物可降解性,已经广泛应用于缓控释给药系统的研究。针对目前PLGA微球存在载药量和包封率低的问题,根据国内外文献,综述了影响PLGA微球载药量和包封率的因素,包括PLGA、药物、溶剂、添加剂等方面,为研究PLGA微球载药量和包封率提供思路。
Poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA) has attracted much attention due to its good biodegradable and biocompatible properties.PLGA has been shown great clinical application of controlled drug delivery systems.Focusing on the low drug loading and encapsulation efficiency of PLGA microspheres,this article reviews the variables influencing the drug loading and encapsulation efficiency,which may have significant implications for the research on the drug loading and encapsulation efficiency.
