Application of artificial neural net work in the study of traditional Chinese medicine

摘要 人工神经网络是一种新型的能够有效处理复杂系统中的数据,并从中寻找出相应的模式、规律,归纳隐含在信息单元之间的关联规则的有效方法。本文就人工神经网络近10年来在中药研究领域的应用进行了综述,其中包括中药属性特征与其药性的相关性判别、组分含量测定、主成分分析和质量鉴定、多组分的同时测定、指纹图谱与药理活性的关系和中药提取工艺的优化等内容。 The artificial neural network(ANN) is one kind of new method that can effectively process the chaotic magnanimous data in the complex system,and it can seek the pattern,the rule and the connection among the information units in them chaotic agnanimous data.This paper reviews the application of ANN in the study of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in recent ten years,in terms of exploring the correlation between properties of TCM and their original characters,analyzing their components,the principal component analysis(PCA) and discriminating the quality of TCM,determining the multi-components simultaneously,exploring the relationship between chromatographic fingerprints of TCM and its pharmacological action,and optimizing the extraction process of TCM,etc.
