摘要
为了研究虾夷砂海星(LuidiayesoensisGoto)的化学成分,采用硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱分离纯化,得到了4个化合物.通过与已知化合物的核磁数据比对,这4个化合物分别鉴定为3|8-羟基-胆甾-7-烯(1)、2,3-二甲基-4-羟基-2-壬烯-4-内酯(2)、2,3-二甲基-4-羟基-2-庚烯-4-内酯(3)以及3-十八烷氧基-1,2-丙二醇(4),其中化合物1为甾体类化合物,化合物2和3为呋喃衍生物.化合物1~4均为首次从虾夷砂海星中分离得到.
Abstract. To study the chemical constituents of Luidia yesoensis Goto, four compounds were isolated by silica gel chromatography and HPLC. The structures were identified by means of NMR analysis. The compounds, including two furan derivatives, were identified as 5a- cholest-7-en-3fl-ol ( 1 ), 4-hydroxy-2, 3-dimethyl-2-nonen-4-olide ( 2 ), 4-hydroxy-2, 3- dimethyl-2-hepten-4-olide(3), and 3-(octadecyloxy)-l, 2-propanediol (4). All of the four com- pounds were isolated from Luidia yesoensis Goto for the first time.
