Inspiring and Cultivating Undergraduates' Aspirations to Join the Party in the New Era: The Research of the Means

激发培育大学生的入党意愿,帮助大学生建立自愿跟党走的自我信念系统,关键要解决两个核心问题:一是设置诱因,强化动机;二是培育动机,促成行为。从学校、社会、家庭和大学生个体四个维度,不断强化正诱因,找准并规避负诱因,并通过课堂教育、活动教育、生活教育、网络教育、家庭教育和自我教育等六种途径培育动机,促成大学生入党行为的产生。

It is essential to inspire and cultivate undergraduates＇ aspirations to join the Party while helping them establish a self belief system to follow the Party voluntarily.The key is to solve the two essential issues： First,set up incentives and strengthen motivation;Second,cultivate motivation and promote action.Positive incentives are to be strengthened continuously while negative incentives are to be identified and avoided from the four dimensions： school,social,family and the individual student.In order to encourage them to identify themselves with the Party,their motivation is to be cultivated by six approaches,i.e.the education through classroom,activities,life,Internet,families and self-education.
