It is of great importance to encourage and support the university graduates as village officers to do poineering work.Having a good entrepreneurial program is the key for them to start an undertaking and achieve entrepreneurial success.They can only explore to find suitable venture projects when connecting with rural reality,according to the scientific principles as follows： social needs,adopting good points and avoiding shortcomings while adjusting measures to local conditions;inproperly applying the following ways and strategies： to look for the venture projects in environmental analysis,in investigation and study,around hot topics and in dissatisfaction.
