浅析大学生思想政治教育中的非理性因素

The Irrational Factors in the Ideological and Political Education of University Students: A Brief Analysis

思想政治教育解决的是人的精神和思想的问题,需要重视理性因素和非理性因素的作用。非理性因素是与理性思维不同的主体心理形式,具有非自觉性、非逻辑性和情绪性等特点。高校思想政治教育者要了解和把握欲望、情感、意志、信仰、社会心理等五种非理性因素的特点、作用规律及其对大学生思想的影响,高度重视非理性因素在大学生思想政治教育中的特殊地位,努力发挥其积极作用,防止和克服其消极作用,以增强大学生思想政治教育工作的科学性和有效性。

Ideological and political education solves the issue of human mental and thinking dimension regarding the mind and thought of humankind;both rational and irrational factors should be valued.The irrational factor,different from rational factors,is a kind of psychological form with unconscious,illogical and emotional features.The university educators of ideology and politics should do as follows： 1.understand and grasp the features,effect laws of five kinds of irrational factors and their influences on the students,including desire,emotion,will,belief and social psychology;2.pay high attention to the special role of irrational factors in the ideological and political education of university students,taking advantage of its positive role and overcoming its negative influence to strengthen the scientificity and validity of this work.
